About this documentation
Written for the person in charge of the event: the one who sets it up and runs it on the day. Judges do not read these pages; judges interact with the short scoring page at /enter-scores, which we describe only from the organizer's side. All screenshots use fictional sample data; tokens, QR codes, and names you see are examples, not real credentials or real people.
How to read these docs
- Pages follow the same layout: what the feature does, when to use it, what you need, the steps with screenshots, and common mistakes.
- UI labels appear exactly as they are in the app (for example, the Save button, the Calculate control).
Your account administrator creates the event. Inside it, you manage competitions, participants, and judges.

Register your dancers by hand or from a CSV file. Add your judges, each of whom gets a personal QR code.

On event day, judges open their link, vote participant by participant, and submit. You watch progress come in and handle problems as they come.
