What is Syncopoint?

Syncopoint is a website for running swing dance competitions. With it you set up your event, register the dancers, assign judges, collect their scores, work out the rankings, and publish the results on a public page. Everything runs in a web browser; there is nothing to install.

What you can do

• Create competitions inside your event, for example Mixed Prelims and an Individual Finals, each with the scoring style that fits your rules.
• Register participants by hand, or import them from a CSV file.
• Assign judges to each competition. Each judge gets a secure personal token, printed as a QR code in the scoresheet PDF, that opens their scoring page directly.
• Choose the scoring system per competition: simple yes/maybe votes, ranked maybes, or weighted points.
• Watch judge submissions come in live on event day.
• Work out finalists and alternates from the preliminary results.
• Run the final and publish the ranking.
• Publish results to a public page, and export scoresheets as PDF.
