Where results appear, organizer side and public side, and what each state means.
Results have two audiences: you (the organizer) and the public. Each has its own view, and each has a published / unpublished state.
The organizer's view
Open the competition and click Manage:
- Prelim Results (prelims): the ranked table with yes/maybe counts, per-judge votes, and the Finalist / Alternate / Alternate 2 selection.
- Final Results (finals): a grid of the finalists and judges, one column per judge and one row per participant, with each judge's final placement. After the ranking is calculated, the Final Results card below shows the ranked table and any tie-break detail.
The public's view
The public part of the site has three levels:
- Home page: a card per event (name, description, year), in reverse chronological order. Events appear here even if no competition is published; an event with nothing published simply links to an event page that says No published competitions yet.
- Event page: the event's published competitions only (unpublished ones are hidden on this page), each linking to its results page.
- Competition page: the ranking table, the scoresheet (if a scoresheet has been published), and the publication date.
The four states

Named versus anonymized scoresheet
When a scoresheet is published, the public sees either:
- Named judges scoresheet: judge names are visible.
- Anonymized judges scoresheet: judge columns are labeled by position only.
You choose this in Publication Controls on the competition.
If the public page looks wrong
- It shows an old ranking. The public page reflects the last published state. Publish a new calculation.
- It still shows a ranking you revoked. The revocation may not have propagated yet. Give it a few seconds; if it persists, revoke again.
- The scoresheet is missing. A scoresheet is a separate publication from the ranking. You can publish the ranking without the scoresheet.
